Please Don't Stop The Music

Hey Everyone!

So I woke up at 10:30AM and got my shower and headed out for work. I picked Chris up and headed to the movies with him. When we got there we found out Alvin & the Chipmunks The Squeakuel was sold out. However I took Chris back and checked with them and they had just enough seats at the very front. So we saw the film which was okay, and then I took him home at 2 PM.

I then headed back to the mall to buy some groceries we hadn't picked up Monday. I then headed home.

At 3PM I headed out to pick up my best friends Jean and Mallory, whom I have known since Grade 1. We headed to Boston Pizza for dinner, then headed to Rogers Video and picked up 500 Days of Summer, and The Proposal, which were both great movies. After this we headed home, watched the movie, caught up about our lives, and then I took them home.

With my autism, I found that once again I MAYBE shared a few more things than I should of, but nothing bad, just couldn't shut up at times. Like the fact I had to prove when Harry Potter 1 came out, and I went on IMDB with my Blackberry just to prove it to them. It was kind of silly of me to do, but they didn't mind it.

After I took them home, I watched some T.V. and some Star Wars too.

Night all!

I'm Getting Worse At This

Hey Everyone!

So while I thought I had posted yesterday, I guess I hadn't. I'm getting worse at this what with Christmas being almost upon me. But just quick info about what happened yesterday: I got up at 6:30AM and wanted to shoot myself due to being up so damn early and kind of late the night before. I still went to bed earlier than normal but it still was late none the less.

I headed to my exam at about 7:30 which was silly since the roads and traffic wound up clear and not busy at all. But it's better to be safe than sorry. When I got to school I headed quickly to the main building to talk to one of the people in charge of Exam Accommodations to ask about what I'm to do for the course I have that's going to be on Main Campus. I wanted to do this because while my autism definitely makes it difficult to concentrate on most exams in a room full of students, since the course I have is a Foundations in Singing course, I figured more than likely the exams will be of the singing or theory variety, and both of these I'm relatively strong in as I almost got to passing Grade 2 theory (I know it sounds silly, but Grade 2 theory is about the theory level you'd be learning in either your last year of high school music or even what you'd be learning in University) but I quit my lessons so as a result I didn't finish and take the exam for said theory, and as for singing I'm at around a Grade 9 (again end of high school/start of university) level according to the Royal Conservatory of Music. Also, again, didn't pass the Grade 9 singing as I quit my vocal lessons before I finished due to my school work getting to me and causing it to be more difficult balancing school, singing, and my extra-curricular activities. So I wanted to ask just so I would know, and I decided I'll take the first exam with them but if it turns out easy as anything, I will stop the writing with them for the course.

After talking to the adviser, I headed over to my exam and wrote it. I then called Dad to give me a ride home, and when I got home I wound up playing Assassin's Creed 2 for most of the day and finally finished the game. I still have extra stuff to do in it, but at least I finished the storyline.

I did for a short time fall asleep at 9:00, but only for around twenty-five minutes. I then continued watching TV and playing some Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2 for a bit.

I got to bed around 3AM or so after watching Project Runway and the finale of the most recent season of Top Chef.

TUESDAY

Today I woke up briefly at 6:30AM as I had forgotten to reset my alarm for a later time. But I turned it off and went back to sleep. I then was woken up by my Mom who was heading to London with my Dad and she wanted me to get up as it was halfway through the day. However, after she left I kind of....went back to sleep. I finally got up for real at 2:30PM and had my shower and the usual brushing of the teeth, etc.

At about 3:15PM my Dad brought home my nephew Mason over for baby-sitting again. He's so adorable and I'm definitely getting better and holding him without him crying because I feel more confident and don't think I'm going to break him.

Around 3:30PM I decided to go do my running around I had to get done. I headed to the bank first to deposit a cheque for school stuff, then headed over to Wal-Mart. I bought the presents for my parents that I had kind of left to last minute, but I still hope they like them. I then headed to Zellers as I was looking also for the new Family Guy Star Wars DVD which luckily (this is me being sarcastic) they didn't have at Wal-Mart so I had to drive over to the mall just to find one single DVD. However, while I was there I was able to get my mother's present properly wrapped.

When I did finally get home I put the gift under the tree, and then helped my parents baby-sit Mason till it was time for him to go home. After this I played some Star Wars again, watched the Family Guy Star Wars DVD which was hilarious, watched Sex and the City The Movie again, and here I am.

Hope everyone's week is going great!

Reach for the Stars

Hey Everyone!

Even though it has only been one day, it feels like forever since I posted. So anyway, I apologize for not posting yesterday, I just slept so late and then became sort of busy (not really :P) that I just completely forgot.

To begin I had stayed up till 9am, yes NINE, which was bad I know but after Avatar, which sucked up about four hours of my night, I just didn't want to go to bed. That's how it is for me with my autism, since something interrupted my usual night of watching television and going to bed, my body compensates and adds an extra four hours that went missing into my awake time. In this case, since I've been generally getting to bed around 5AM, it added on another 4, meaning the 9AM bedtime. Once this happened, I slept until...4PM which also again was bad, but what can you do?

When I got up at 4PM, I grabbed a shower and then just walked around packing stuff up as my parents were picking me up. At about 6:30 I made a review of Avatar for YouTube due to it being so good.

My parents picked me up at 8PM and drove us home. I then played Assassin's Creed 2, and went to bed.

TODAY

Now today I woke up around 11:30, and headed for the shower as usual. Once done in the shower I got ready for work.

I picked up Chris at 1PM and we went to Wendy's again, and then back to my house to watch more of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince.

At 3PM I took Chris home, went to EB Games and bought Sing It! Pop Hits, headed home and played it for a while, and my grandfather came over for dinner around 4PM.

After dropping Gramps off at 6PM, my parents and I went and saw What Happened to the Morgans? It was a pretty good film, a good number of laughs.

After that we came home, I played Assassin's Creed 2 for a bit more, and here we are. Not so much activity today obviously.

Night all!

Tainted Love

Hey Everyone!

So I woke at about 1PM today, kind of groggy, and barely really watched MAD TV when it was on but I still sort of stayed half-conscious while I watched it. Around 2PM I finally got out of bed and took a shower, however I hate getting out of bed because it's so freaking COLD in my room. The fire was even on in the room outside mine yet mine is still cold as all hell. (Interesting since "hell" is suppose to be extremely hot, so I guess my room is it frozen over :P Minus the torture and whatever else people believe is suppose to be in the supposed place. Hehe) MOVING ON!

Once I took my shower I headed back downstairs with a hot cup of tea and played some Assassin's Creed 2 before heading to work.

I got Chris around 4PM and took him to Wendy's for dinner, grabbing a Junior Cheeseburger myself which I hate as I had a two year hiatus from fast food, now I'm eating it again :(. Though...least it's the item that has the least amount of fat, calories, and all that gross stuff. (Even the salads have more fat and calories than the burger with only cheese and ketchup.)

After Wendy's, we headed to Rogers so I could drop off the movies I had rented and then headed to Pinafore Park to look at the Fantasy of Lights...even though it wasn't all lit up since it was still slightly daylight out. Some of the displays had fallen down because of the huge windstorm we had two days ago.

Once we drove out of the park we headed to my house and watched the special features of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. It was odd as when we tried to watch the second, and third features he almost grabbed the remote to stop it, and yet when we finished the other ones we went back to watch the ones we had stopped previously. Chris sometimes is confusing to me as one minute he's watching, and the next he doesn't get violent at all but he does try and change what's on the screen even if it means yanking the remote control out of your hand. The problem is, when he's wanting it changed, his words that I could normally understand become garbled and I don't know if he's wanting me to stop it, fast forward, or something else. Maybe I'll figure it out in time, but he doesn't have this outbursts often so it's difficult to figure out if at all. I think when I was younger, I may have had this problem on a lesser degree because of my autism. I didn't speak in garbled tones, but I still would yank the converter out of my friends' or a family member's hands because I didn't like what was on. I've gotten over it now more or less, but still I could possibly have this problem latent in me.

Once 6PM rolled around I took Chris home and then headed to the mall to get my hair highlighted again. It's quite nice, it's a much blonder version than I had before, and there's even streaks of reddish-brown (that's burgundy right?) here and there. I got a lot of compliments from the hair stylists saying it brings out my face more, and apparently I have a nicely structured face...which I guess that's nice? Oh, and apparently perfect hair which more than just my hair stylists Devon and Sarah have told me. Go figure.

Anyway, after the hair appointment I came home, worked a bit on the role play forum I'm an administrator for, and then played Assassin's Creed till now.

So night everyone!

Smile Though Your Heart is Aching

Hey Everyone!

So I got up at about...3PM today. I actually did get up at 12 to help my Mom with her iPod as it was giving her trouble, but no big deal, just had to reboot the iPod and it fixed itself. I then headed back to bed which is good because the basement is freezing until the fireplace is put on.

I finally woke up for real around 3:00PM and took a shower. At about 3:30PM my Dad came home and he had a special surprise, that of my nephew Mason, and what was more, it was our turn to babysit! So we all basically gave Mason a lot of attention till about 4:10 when I had to head to my Doctor's appointment. While there I got a muscle test done, meaning my doctor placed his hands on mine and I had to provide resistance and push against the weight. Let's just say...I now medically have "lousy" muscles which is just quite sad. I'm going to need to start working out more from now on to build the muscle strength. I had a lot of worries because of me also being a hypochondriac so if it weren't for that I'd be sensible and just be more relaxed and not so worried when one thing goes wrong. I don't think this time it was the autism really, it's just another interesting thing about my mind :P.

After the doctor's I came home and played with Mason some more, however I'll admit I must have problems holding him because he cries whenever I hold him. I couldn't seem to get off this thought because my mind was saying "keep going with it", a problem with autism being that I linger on things more than I should.

Once Mason had been taken home I just watched some television which was hard to find something good as Thursday night television is pretty bad. I don't like Survivor anymore so there goes that option, and no good shows are on because of UFC (on Spike so no CSI) and there's never anything good on ShowCase or Slice Network Thursdays either. So I just kind of channel surfed this time.

After that I'm here writing this post, so it's off to bed for me!

The Way You Move

Yes I forgot yesterday, I'm sorry everyone. This is how I get when I get distracted by video games, they become my whole life because I use it both as a comfort tool and a distraction from life.

Yesterday I woke at 12PM and got picked up by my parents. When I got home around 1:30PM I started doing some laundry and then around 2PM I fell off to sleep. I hadn't got a good night's rest once again, because thanks to the autism, my mind was too stimulated by the television, and the computer that it couldn't settle down enough to let me sleep. So I slept till 4:30PM and then got up and took a shower again since I felt meh from the mid-day snooze. I then just watched some television, studied a bit, and played Assassin's Creed.

Today however was a different day. I woke up at 1PM and realized I was no longer getting texts like I should, so I called my friend and apparently my friends have gotten my texts either four hours after or only half the message.

And now I'm here. I'll update this tonight if I remember to, but I'm about to head to my high school for a visit so I should be going.

So after the visit to my high school I went grocery shopping and also bought the new Harry Potter movie. It had a preview of the final films for Deathly Hallows and the preview looked awesome! It also gave an idea of what to expect from the new Harry Potter theme park opening at Universal Orlando which I CANNOT wait to see. I then headed over to the variety store and picked up Julie & Julia but my autism kind of sparked up as I was talking to Jeff, the owner's son who was working. Basically I kind of droned on and on about how I was slightly up in the air with school.

After this I came home, helped make dinner (Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, and Crescent Rolls) and watched Julie & Julia.

At 9PM I watched the Glee finale which was simply put, AMAZING! Every bit of it was fantastic, and the way they ended it, was just perfect! I cannot wait for the rest of the season, but unfortunately I have to wait till April 13 >_< for it to continue. But at least I'll have something to watch when my exams and break happen! And I have Housewives and Brothers & Sisters to keep me busy until then!

And now I'm finishing up Julie & Julia.

Night all!

Talk to you all soon!

IT'S THE END OF THE WORLD!!!....Oh wait...no it's not

Hey Everyone!

So just to note I'm going to fore-go talking about yesterday as I'm hoping you readers will forgive me.

So why my title? Simple, I watched 2012 again today haha. It's an interesting film, and I couldn't help but go out with my friend to see it. Go figure.

So I got up at 11:00 AM and kind of just sat there because I wasn't ready for waking up namely because the basement was freezing as our fireplace is not working -_-. When I finally got out of bed it was 11:30AM. I got up and sat in the living room for a while and did a crossword as I thought someone else was going to have the shower, namely because my mother asked, so I said no problem and then she went downstairs instead so I just finally decided, 'okay I'll have the shower first then.' :P

After the shower I headed out the door for work and took Chris to Wendy's and then followed it by going to my house and watching Night at the Museum 2. After this, I took Chris home and came back home for a short while. I got re-dressed as I was just in running around type clothes (sweat pants, t-shirt, etc) and I was going out with my friend so I needed to put on some nicer clothes.

I then headed and met my friend at the theatre and we saw 2012 as I said. Afterwords my friend and I quickly went off to Chris's home as I needed to get my time sheet signed. Once signed, we headed off to Boston Pizza for dinner. I got the Homestyle Lasagna, my friend the Chicken Ciabotta Sandwich. After dinner we quickly rushed up to my work place (the actual main office, not Chris's home) and dropped off my time sheet as it's due on Monday morning at 8:30AM and I'm sorry but I will not be able to get up THAT early just to drop off a time sheet. I then drove my friend home.

After this I headed home, watched South Park, and now I'm about to head to bed after playing Assassin's Creed 2.

Night all!

Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger

Hey Everyone!

So today what did I do? Well I woke up at 2:50PM and got ready for my final Organization class of the semester. I showered, then headed out.

I got to class and it was a pretty boring class as usual, but we learned some interesting information about how people rate workers.

I then headed home and watched most of Sex and the City the Movie, followed by Simpsons and South Park. I then headed to King's Players. We played In the Manner of the Word, God Freeze, Change (which I wanted to play but had played God Freeze just prior to), and finally Wax Museum where I once again prevailed, but this time I made it to the end. It can be difficult to always chance position though, because you could wind up in the same position for like two minutes. But I made it to the final two this time and I didn't have to wait for one more person to be eliminated because it was both myself and this guy Chris who won the game.

After King's Players I headed up to Christina's Pub and had some tea and garlic bread. Last time they burned it, and my body acted up, this time though it was delicious, and my body's fine.

I see my parents again tomorrow which I'm glad about since I haven't since Sunday, and I can't wait to play Assassin's Creed 2 again because it's a great game.

Well that's all for now!

And You Can Say You're Sorry

Sorry everyone for being late again! It's just gotten difficult to remember when you have so many other things on your mind with exams on it's way.

I basically woke up yesterday at 11AM, and got ready for work with Chris. I took him to see New Moon, which I was shocked he wanted to see. He seemed to be okay with it, but man he talks a lot in movies and talks loud. I talk at times too...but I generally try to whisper a bit more...though sometimes even I don't do that.

After the movie we went to the book store and I talked with the book store ladies I know well, and then let Chris look at some of the preschool books.

Once the bookstore was done, I took Chris home and then headed home myself. When I got home I just watched television as my parents headed to the movies. Around 8 I finally made myself dinner, and around 11:30 I started playing Assassin's Creed. I then got to bed at 2:30, but got up again at four. It was difficult to sleep last night because of how I've been feeling. I haven't been sick, but just been having problems with my body, namely allergies and a pain in my right leg. I don't know why my right leg was in pain, but I hope it's going to get better soon. (It's feeling close to normal today, Sunday, but still needs a bit of work.)

Hope everyone had a good day yesterday. Talk to you later tonight.
