Hey Everyone!
So another short blog today but still eventful I suppose. I woke up at 11AM and woke to find a bag full of different chocolates on my bed from Santa. Yes I still believe in him so shush. There was Kinder Eggs, a giant Kinder Egg, a huge Kit Kat bar, little Santa chocolates, Hershey's Hugs, and a box of the Aero Bar Singles. I also got some money from my Mom and Dad since I never can pick out a gift for them to get me anymore so I just ask for money.
At noon we headed to Elgin Manor to have Christmas dinner with my grandmother and grandfather. Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, really excellent stuffing (though still nothing compared to what my aunt made Sunday) and some mixed vegetables.
After this, my parents and I headed home (with me getting to drive the convertible home which was of course really cool). We got the house a little more ready for Christmas with my Mom's side of the family and then my aunt Fiona and cousin Alex arrived. I chatted with Alex while Fiona and my parents chatted. At 2PM, the cab arrived with my grandparents (my grandmother is unfortunately in a wheelchair from now on so we had to get a ParaTransit for them) and we got them inside and comfortable.
We had a wonderful time, with me receiving a bit more money from my aunt Sandie (who arrived at 3:15PM, and then just talked until 4PM when the cab came back to get my grandparents.
After my grandparents and my aunt Sandie and her husband (my uncle) Zoli left, Fiona and Alex, my parents and I all just sat around and talked for a little bit more and then they headed home. My Mom was feeling tired so she went to bed for a while, while my Dad and I went to see Sherlock Holmes. It was a really good film, and Robert Downey Junior did a spectacular job as Holmes. I'll say it wasn't Avatar, but it was still quite good.
Once the film ended, Dad and I headed home where I packed my clothes and then watched some television and played Star Wars again.
And just so everyone knows for the main purpose of my blog, autistically the only thing that happened was that I had gotten a very beautiful card for my parents and hadn't fully read it to see it said "We pray together" and since we don't go to church or anything it kind of didn't make sense I bought a religious card. BUT the autism caused me to not let it go when my aunt Fiona brought it up. So I kept bringing it up several times until my Mom had to tell me to let it go, otherwise I probably would have kept going for a bit longer about it. But oh well, that's life for you.
That's all for today!

I Just Wanna Be Okay, Be Okay, Be Okay, I Just Wanna Be Okay Today
Hey Everyone!
So I woke up at 1:30PM and just showered and got ready for my family to arrive. I played Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2 still. My family arrived and I took care of Isla and Mason for a bit, and even fed Mason for the first time me feeding a baby.
After a while, my need to have some alone time took over and so I headed downstairs and played more Star Wars. This is part of my autism, and while I know even people without autism need alone time, for me if I don't actually GET alone time, I wind up becoming very awkward and sometimes very reserved which isn't really me.
I wish I could say more happened, but it was basically a lot of family stuff, and gave my parents their gifts and a really great card I found.
That's all!

Please Don't Stop The Music
Hey Everyone!
So I woke up at 10:30AM and got my shower and headed out for work. I picked Chris up and headed to the movies with him. When we got there we found out Alvin & the Chipmunks The Squeakuel was sold out. However I took Chris back and checked with them and they had just enough seats at the very front. So we saw the film which was okay, and then I took him home at 2 PM.
I then headed back to the mall to buy some groceries we hadn't picked up Monday. I then headed home.
At 3PM I headed out to pick up my best friends Jean and Mallory, whom I have known since Grade 1. We headed to Boston Pizza for dinner, then headed to Rogers Video and picked up 500 Days of Summer, and The Proposal, which were both great movies. After this we headed home, watched the movie, caught up about our lives, and then I took them home.
With my autism, I found that once again I MAYBE shared a few more things than I should of, but nothing bad, just couldn't shut up at times. Like the fact I had to prove when Harry Potter 1 came out, and I went on IMDB with my Blackberry just to prove it to them. It was kind of silly of me to do, but they didn't mind it.
After I took them home, I watched some T.V. and some Star Wars too.
Night all!

I'm Getting Worse At This
Hey Everyone!
So while I thought I had posted yesterday, I guess I hadn't. I'm getting worse at this what with Christmas being almost upon me. But just quick info about what happened yesterday: I got up at 6:30AM and wanted to shoot myself due to being up so damn early and kind of late the night before. I still went to bed earlier than normal but it still was late none the less.
I headed to my exam at about 7:30 which was silly since the roads and traffic wound up clear and not busy at all. But it's better to be safe than sorry. When I got to school I headed quickly to the main building to talk to one of the people in charge of Exam Accommodations to ask about what I'm to do for the course I have that's going to be on Main Campus. I wanted to do this because while my autism definitely makes it difficult to concentrate on most exams in a room full of students, since the course I have is a Foundations in Singing course, I figured more than likely the exams will be of the singing or theory variety, and both of these I'm relatively strong in as I almost got to passing Grade 2 theory (I know it sounds silly, but Grade 2 theory is about the theory level you'd be learning in either your last year of high school music or even what you'd be learning in University) but I quit my lessons so as a result I didn't finish and take the exam for said theory, and as for singing I'm at around a Grade 9 (again end of high school/start of university) level according to the Royal Conservatory of Music. Also, again, didn't pass the Grade 9 singing as I quit my vocal lessons before I finished due to my school work getting to me and causing it to be more difficult balancing school, singing, and my extra-curricular activities. So I wanted to ask just so I would know, and I decided I'll take the first exam with them but if it turns out easy as anything, I will stop the writing with them for the course.
After talking to the adviser, I headed over to my exam and wrote it. I then called Dad to give me a ride home, and when I got home I wound up playing Assassin's Creed 2 for most of the day and finally finished the game. I still have extra stuff to do in it, but at least I finished the storyline.
I did for a short time fall asleep at 9:00, but only for around twenty-five minutes. I then continued watching TV and playing some Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2 for a bit.
I got to bed around 3AM or so after watching Project Runway and the finale of the most recent season of Top Chef.
TUESDAY
Today I woke up briefly at 6:30AM as I had forgotten to reset my alarm for a later time. But I turned it off and went back to sleep. I then was woken up by my Mom who was heading to London with my Dad and she wanted me to get up as it was halfway through the day. However, after she left I kind of....went back to sleep. I finally got up for real at 2:30PM and had my shower and the usual brushing of the teeth, etc.
At about 3:15PM my Dad brought home my nephew Mason over for baby-sitting again. He's so adorable and I'm definitely getting better and holding him without him crying because I feel more confident and don't think I'm going to break him.
Around 3:30PM I decided to go do my running around I had to get done. I headed to the bank first to deposit a cheque for school stuff, then headed over to Wal-Mart. I bought the presents for my parents that I had kind of left to last minute, but I still hope they like them. I then headed to Zellers as I was looking also for the new Family Guy Star Wars DVD which luckily (this is me being sarcastic) they didn't have at Wal-Mart so I had to drive over to the mall just to find one single DVD. However, while I was there I was able to get my mother's present properly wrapped.
When I did finally get home I put the gift under the tree, and then helped my parents baby-sit Mason till it was time for him to go home. After this I played some Star Wars again, watched the Family Guy Star Wars DVD which was hilarious, watched Sex and the City The Movie again, and here I am.
Hope everyone's week is going great!
